Questions worth asking before you buy.

The answers below are the ones we give on a first call. If yours is not here, the enquiry form reaches the same people.

Frequently asked questions

Do you quote before seeing the site?

No. We can give an indicative range over the phone, but a written quotation follows a site assessment. Power, ceiling height, access, drainage and duty cycle change the specification often enough that quoting blind produces a number nobody can hold to.

Do you install, or do we arrange that separately?

We install. Installation, commissioning and operator handover sit with our Technical Director rather than a subcontractor, which is what makes a service commitment something we can honour afterwards.

What happens when something breaks?

Response times and parts handling are written into the service terms before the equipment arrives, so a breakdown follows an agreed process instead of becoming a negotiation. Preventive servicing runs on the interval in your contract.

Can you service equipment you did not supply?

Often, yes. It depends on the make, the parts position and whether we can get technical documentation for it. Ask, and we will tell you plainly whether we can support it rather than take the work and find out later.

How long does a typical project take?

Lead time is dominated by manufacturing and shipping, not by installation. That varies by product and by the supply chain at the time, so it is confirmed in the written quotation rather than promised in advance.

Do you work outside Central Luzon?

Yes. The head office is in Angeles City and we work on projects nationwide. Where a site is far from Pampanga we will say up front what that means for response times, rather than making a commitment the distance will not support.

Do you publish prices?

No. Equipment prices move with the supply chain, the exchange rate and the specification, so a published price would be stale before it was useful. Send the requirement and you get a written, itemised quotation.

Still have a question?

Send it through. A short answer costs us nothing and saves you a decision made on a guess.
